Dashboard Pipeline Private operator view

Operating status · 22 August 2026

Payment is live.
Postal starts later.

The commercial journey is ready to accept a real website activation payment: a prospect opens a QR-linked site, accepts the service terms, completes Stripe Checkout, and the signed lifecycle events reach the dashboard and CRM. Physical letters remain deliberately disabled.

LiveOperator app

Google-only access at diperso.xyz, with campaign, lead, offer, and funnel controls.

LiveClaim + Stripe

Live EUR launch and standard prices, server-side 72-hour reservation, terms consent, and signed webhook path.

ReadyCRM lifecycle

Evidence-led offer events flow to HubSpot; payer contact and deal creation occur only after a real payment event.

Locked offPostal dispatch

MySendingBox physical dispatch is disabled. Test rendering remains separate from any real mailing release.

Completed and verified

Commercial technical release

The claim journey is now separated into truthful, observable events. No QR scan, site visit, checkout, or payment stage is inferred from a previous stage.

Direct QR-to-site journeyThe QR link opens the generated website. Its banner moves the prospect directly to activation rather than repeating a preview step.
72-hour launch reservationThe reservation starts on the first server-observed QR-link opening. The same offer moves to standard pricing after expiry without losing its history.
Live Stripe catalogue€249 + €39/month launch and €499 + €59/month standard prices are live in EUR, with one-time and recurring lines correctly separated.
Native legal consentStripe’s hosted Checkout requires Terms acceptance and links to the public service terms. The activation page keeps its own versioned pre-checkout consents.
Signed, idempotent webhookLive Checkout, subscription, and invoice lifecycle events are verified before dashboard and HubSpot lifecycle updates occur.
Fail-closed environment separationTest and live offers are permanently scoped. A live webhook cannot mutate a test offer, and test offers cannot create a live Checkout session.
Customer-facing legacy brand removedThe retired internal name does not appear on active prospect banners or public legal pages; BASAR AI LLC is used where legal identity is required.
No-index public legal routesService terms and privacy pages remain accessible from the activation flow but return no-index, no-store, and crawler-exclusion controls.

Not enabled by design

Controls that remain off

These are intentional gates. Enabling live payments did not enable them, and none will turn on automatically.

Physical postal dispatchNo real letter can be submitted while MYSENDINGBOX_LIVE_DISPATCH_ENABLED=false. A separate explicit approval is required.
Stripe TaxTax automation is not activated. VAT treatment and the invoice wording await professional French tax advice.
Domain purchase automationDomain proposals, customer-name registration, premium-name approval, and renewals remain an operator-led service step.
Final legal copyThe current CGV and privacy notice are a working draft. Counsel must approve the France-facing legal, tax, cancellation, transfer, and privacy wording.

What is left to do

First paid-client launch checklist

Complete these in order. The first real payment should be controlled, traceable, and supported—not a postal blast.

01

Obtain counsel and tax sign-off

Send the lawyer brief and working legal pages. Replace the live working draft with approved CGV, privacy notice, legal identity, VAT/invoice language, withdrawal, cancellation, transfer, and complaints wording.

02

Issue one controlled live offer

Choose one deployed site, issue a fresh live offer from the operator dashboard, and personally inspect the QR, generated site banner, activation page, Checkout, consent copy, and standard-price fallback. Do not pay during this inspection unless separately intended.

03

Run the first paid-client fulfilment

After a real signed payment, confirm the HubSpot contact and deal, collect the client’s details and domain preferences, complete the consultation and revision round, then activate the final site.

04

Approve a small postal pilot

Approve the final letter and a named, limited cohort. Only then turn on physical dispatch, reconcile every event, and keep the first cohort deliberately small before wider acquisition.

!Launch guardrail. Live billing is operational, but no payment becomes a successful customer outcome until the legal text, tax treatment, client onboarding, domain decision, consultation, and final activation are carried through. Postal dispatch remains off until you expressly authorise a controlled pilot.
